On to installment two of Archival Symmetries*...

With Halloween a couple weeks away, figure I'd drop a weird one so it would hit your mailboxes just in time.

Inspired by a micro-edition 2008 tape by Mark McGuire of guitar jams dubbed over Bone Thugs tracks. I started jamming EVI over a couple of hiphop instrumentals during a few weekends this spring to see where, given the opportunity, it would lead itself.

"In a Doom Mood" is a resulting seven-track mixtape/EP of smooth EVI jams stacked over jazzy MF Doom instrumentals. All rights belong to their respective owners.

First edition of 33 double A-Sided c24 (12min program/encore presentation)
Second edition of 20ish Soaking Wet c12s




*Archival Symmetries 33 will see the release of 12 previously unreleased solo and collab EPs in total over the next year. Each installment will align (or at least will attempt to align) with the symmetrical date of each calendar month (sept 9, oct 10... jan 1, feb 2) from September 2015 (9/9) through August 2016 (8/8). Each edition will be available digitally through bandcamp as well as in handmade physical editions across a handsome selection of contemporary and archaic formats.
